We are looking for a Factory Manager for our biscuit manufacturing unit.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily biscuit production work Planning and monitoring daily production schedules Maintain product quality, Food safety and hygiene standards Handle workers, shifts, and factory discipline Coordinating with maintenance, quality, and stores departments Reduce raw material wastage and improve productivity Maintaining production and shift records
Eligibility:
Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or related field Minimum 5-10 years Experience in biscuit manufacturing is required Knowledge of biscuit processing, ovens, and packaging lines Familiar with food safety standards, Ability to manage workers and factory operations
