Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Factory Manager/ Production Manager

with hands-on expertise in door manufacturing to oversee daily factory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes, maintain quality standards, manage shop-floor staff, and contribute to timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the shop floor for door manufacturing. Ensure production targets are met within specified time and quality standards. Coordinate with the planning and dispatch teams for smooth workflow and material management. Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Conduct quality checks at various stages of production (cutting, pressing, finishing, etc.). Ensure machinery and tools are maintained in proper working condition. Maintain production records, prepare daily reports, and communicate progress to management. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Resolve any production-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Skills & Requirements

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor in a wood or door manufacturing unit. Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and production processes (CNC, edge banding, pressing, etc.). Ability to lead a team and manage manpower effectively. Understanding of safety and compliance in a factory setting. Basic computer skills (MS Excel; ERP systems preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
