Job Description

Experience:

7-12 years in FMCG / detergent / soap / manufacturing, must have handled 80-150 workers and multiple units.

Languages:

Must: Telugu (fluent spoken), Basic English (reading & writing) Good to have: Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

Overall in-charge of Tenali factory operations Daily production planning & execution (Bar Units, Powder, Liquid, Boiler) Manpower allocation & discipline Coordination with Stores, Maintenance, Dispatch Zero wastage, zero leakage, zero unnecessary purchases Daily reports to MD & Ram

Monthly Budget (CTC):

?30,000 to 40,000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
