Job Opening: Factory Manager

Location: Baidyabati, Hooghly

Salary: ₹25,000 In-Hand

Experience: 8-12 Years

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering

Role Summary:

Factory Manager poori factory operations ke liye responsible hoga, jisme manpower handling, discipline control, policy implementation, production efficiency, quality aur safety par strong focus hoga (manufacturing environment).

Key Responsibilities:

Daily production planning & execution to meet targets and delivery timelines

Factory manpower ka handling: attendance, shift planning, productivity & discipline

Shop-floor par company policies, SOPs, HR rules ka strict implementation

HR team ke saath coordination (manpower planning, leave, OT, disciplinary actions)

Quality control ensure karna, rejection/rework/wastage minimize karna

Store & Purchase team ke saath coordination for material availability

Machine maintenance monitoring & downtime control

5S, safety norms & statutory compliance ka implementation

Daily & monthly production + manpower MIS reports prepare karna

Skills & Requirements:

Strong manpower management & leadership skills

Factory / plant operations ka proven experience

Labour laws, factory compliance & safety practices ka knowledge

ERP / SAP aur MS Excel ka working knowledge

Preferred Profile:

Hands-on leader jo shop-floor teams independently manage kar sake

Automobile / EV / manufacturing background preferred
