Job Description

Key Responsibilities:? Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and supervise all aspects of the manufacturing facility's operations toensure smooth and efficient functioning.

? Employee Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate production employees, including equipmentoperators, packers, and dispatchers. Foster a high-performance culture through consistent coaching andperformance feedback

.? Production Planning & Scheduling: Create production schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate manufacturingactivities to meet deadlines and production targets.? Resource Allocation: Allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to maintain productionstandards.? Cost Management: Estimate manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost reductions and processoptimizations.? Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all finished goods meet thecompany's quality standards.? Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inproduction to ensure continuous workflow and prevent production delays.? Safety & Compliance: Provide training and resources to ensure all production teams adhere to safety protocolsand regulatory standards.? Decision Making: Make strategic decisions related to staffing, scheduling, and production priorities to achieveoperational efficiency.? Reporting: Prepare regular production and operational reports for senior management, detailing performance,progress, and areas for improvement.? Other Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to improve factory operations

.Qualifications:? Experience: 6-12 years of experience in a similar factory or production management role.? Skills:o Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a track record of successfully managing productionteams.o Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.o Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

? Education: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related fields

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
