Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and automation equipment.
Familiarity with PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and utility equipment (compressors, boilers, chillers, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and maintenance management software (CMMS) is a plus.
