Qualification:

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / related field)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in

shop floor management

Hands-on experience in

aluminium fabrication

Exposure to

worker supervision and shop floor coordination

CTC / Salary:

Starting:

?20,000/- per month

(during 3 months probation) Further benefits & increment based on performance and confirmation

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day factory operations and shop floor activities Manage and guide workers, ensuring discipline and productivity Oversee aluminium fabrication processes and ensure quality standards Ensure timely completion of production targets Monitor machine utilization, maintenance needs, and material usage Coordinate with stores, purchase, and quality teams for smooth workflow Enforce safety practices and maintain a clean shop floor environment Report daily production status and escalate operational issues when required

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma in Engineering with relevant factory/shop floor experience Strong leadership and

worker management

skills Good understanding of

fabrication processes and quality standards

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving and team coordination skills

Probation:

3 months - Performance to be reviewed before confirmation
