Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Factory In-Charge

to manage day-to-day factory operations, ensure timely production, maintain quality standards, and oversee workforce management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in running manufacturing units efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets. Supervise production teams and ensure efficient use of manpower and resources. Monitor machinery, maintenance schedules, and ensure minimal downtime. Implement and enforce quality control standards and safety protocols. Maintain stock of raw materials, monitor inventory, and coordinate with procurement. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and factory norms. Analyze production data and generate reports for senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost-efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, HR, Logistics, and Maintenance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. 5-8 years of experience in factory or production management roles. Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and safety standards. Proficient in MS Office and production software/tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and handle pressure situations.
