Production & Operations Management

Supervise

night shift production activities

to meet daily targets. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks. Coordinate with the day shift team for seamless handovers. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources.

Workforce Management

Assign duties to night shift workers and monitor their performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and disciplinary guidelines. Handle on-the-spot issues and report them to higher management.

Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure

quality checks

are conducted during production. Maintain

health, safety, and environmental standards

within the factory. Report and address any safety hazards immediately.

Inventory & Documentation

Track raw material consumption and report shortages in advance. Maintain accurate production logs and shift reports. Support in stock audits and reconciliation.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with other departments like procurement, maintenance, and dispatch. Prepare daily reports and communicate updates to management. Handle emergency situations during the night shift.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of

manufacturing operations and production processes

. Basic understanding of

inventory control and factory safety protocols

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
