Plan and oversee daily production schedules to meet sales demands and targets.

Monitor the entire beneficiation process, including crushing, screening, grinding, flotation, and drying.

Ensure finished mineral products adhere to specifications, manage quality systems (ISO, GMP), and coordinate with the QA/QC team.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment (mills, crushers) to minimize downtime.

Enforce strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., MSHA, mining safety standards).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
