We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily operations in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, improving productivity and efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of workers and supervisors to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire factory operations including production, maintenance, quality control, inventory, and safety.
Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
Ensure optimal use of resources (manpower, machinery, materials).
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and security within the factory.
Coordinate with departments such as procurement, logistics, HR, and quality assurance.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Resolve factory-level issues related to labour, machinery, or quality.
Train, motivate, and manage production staff and supervisors to foster a high-performance culture.
Prepare and present reports on productivity, downtime, and other KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or related field.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing or production,
Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with factory ERP systems and production planning tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
