HR Executive - Factory Operations

Location:

Barasat, Kadambagachi

Experience:

2-5 years (Manufacturing / Factory HR preferred)

Salary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to oversee HR functions at our factory. The role involves managing

recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, attendance monitoring

, and

employee documentation maintenance

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for factory staff and workers, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Handle

monthly payroll processing

and maintain accurate salary and wage records. Ensure compliance with

PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory obligations

. Maintain and update

attendance, leave, and shift records

on a daily basis. Oversee

employee file management

, joining formalities, and exit documentation. Coordinate with the head office HR team for

monthly compliance and MIS reports

. Support

employee grievance handling

, welfare, and engagement initiatives. Assist in manpower planning and maintaining updated HR databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources / Commerce / Industrial Relations

or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience in

factory or manufacturing HR operations

. Sound understanding of

labour laws

and statutory compliance. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and HR software. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
