to manage HR operations at our Kondapuri (Shirur) beverage manufacturing plant. The role involves end-to-end HR activities including attendance, compliance, employee engagement, and coordination with HO HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations at the factory level.
Handle attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling through HRMS or time-tracking software.
Ensure compliance with Factory laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, contract labour, factory act etc.).
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
Support recruitment for workmen and staff positions in coordination with HO/TA team.
Facilitate onboarding, induction, and documentation for new joiners.
Monitor discipline, grievances, and employee welfare activities at the plant.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and contractor bills.
Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to company standards.
Drive employee engagement, safety week, and welfare initiatives.
Assist in audits and provide necessary data/reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of HR experience in manufacturing / beverage / FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of Factory laws and statutory compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
Hands-on approach and ability to work independently at the plant level.
