ob Description: Factory HR Manager



We are looking for an experienced

Factory HR Manager

to handle end-to-end HR operations, compliance, and workforce management at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities



Manage

factory manpower planning

, recruitment, onboarding & induction. Handle

attendance, payroll coordination, salary processing & leaves

. Ensure compliance with

Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity & other statutory norms

. Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee database. Manage

discipline, grievances, employee relations and welfare activities

. Coordinate with production teams for workforce allocation & daily HR support. Handle contractor management, labour license, vendor coordination. Lead

training & development

, safety awareness and performance management. Conduct audits, inspections, statutory documentation & liaise with government bodies.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate / MBA in HR or related field. Strong knowledge of

Factory HR operations & statutory compliance

. Good communication, problem-solving & employee engagement skills. Experience with

manufacturing workforce (skilled & unskilled)
