Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee database.
Manage
discipline, grievances, employee relations and welfare activities

Coordinate with production teams for workforce allocation & daily HR support.
Handle contractor management, labour license, vendor coordination.
Lead
training & development
, safety awareness and performance management.
Conduct audits, inspections, statutory documentation & liaise with government bodies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of
Factory HR operations & statutory compliance
.
Good communication, problem-solving & employee engagement skills.
Experience with
manufacturing workforce (skilled & unskilled)
.
