Job Description

We are looking for a committed and experienced HR Lead to handle end-to-end HR operations at our factory unit.

Location:

Shendra MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Industry:

FMCG Manufacturing

Experience:

4+ Years (Factory HR only)

Salary:

Up to ?5.00 LPA

Preference:

Male candidates only (for factory floor presence)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and contract labor management Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, LWF, Shops & Establishment, etc. Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Address employee grievances and promote engagement activities Coordinate with factory heads during HR audits, inspections, and industrial relations (IR)

Must-Have:

Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance Experience working in a factory setup Ability to manage contract workers and HR documentation
