We are looking for Qualified HR from Bangalore/Hosur for our Manufacturing plant located at ATTIBELE,INDUSTRIAL AREA, ANEKAL TALUK, BANGALORE, KA This is an immediate requirement.

Should have 3+prior work experience in Manufacturing industry or Factory and strong knowledge in

labor laws in Compliance handling

. Six days of working.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage contract labor management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. All sort of register handling with respect to Karnataka factory - Form 14, Form 15. All the registration Annual return Handling - PoSH, Factory Return, LWF, PF, ESI Experience in handling annual and half yearly factory return, bonus return. Handling of Apprentice Recruitment Handling various recruitment. Ensure proper grievance redressal, Licensee renewal and other HR-related matters. Monitoring staff performance and labour performance. Efficient in handling employee onboarding and induction. Attendance and Payroll maintenance. Vendor Management.

Job Requirements :

Strong knowledge of contract labor management, Workmen handling, disciplinary action procedures, factory HR practices. Experience in handling various audits. Should have 2-4 years Experience and prior work experience in Manufacturing industry or Factory. Communication skills - English , Kannada, Tamil Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
