Job Description

We are looking for Factory HR to oversee all personnel-related matters. Experience of 5 years plus preferred. Responsibilities include designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems. Review and update our employment contracts and agreements. Prepare budgets by department. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.

Responsible for Over All Control of Compliance under The Factories Act, Contract Labour Act; The Minimum Wages Act; EPFO; ESIC; LWF; PT; Payment of Bonus & Payment of Gratuity Acts.

To Liaise with Local Governmental Agencies; Grampanchayat; Municipality Etc.

Pre-Employment & Routine Medical Check-up; Represent Company Side for CONTRACT LABOR; EPFO; ESIC Inspection.

Make Provisions of Auto calculations of Payroll. Guide All Employees on HR matters. General Employee Administration Coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
