Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

HR Executive

to manage and oversee human resources functions at our factory unit in Medinipur. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in handling core HR responsibilities in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and attendance registers for factory staff and labourers, Manage HR operations including joining formalities, documentation, and ID issuance, Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations, Handle payroll inputs, leave records, and overtime tracking, Coordinate training, safety drills, and employee engagement activities, Address grievances and maintain discipline on the factory floor, Liaise with statutory authorities and support audits, Manage contracts with vendors and ensure timely payment by following up with the accounts team, Support factory functions as well as administrative tasks for the Head Office.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a factory or industrial environment

Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is essential. Strong communication, record-keeping, and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
