Saburi Plywood is looking for a dynamic Male Plant HR professional to manage complete HR operations at our manufacturing unit, including factory hiring, payroll management, labour law compliance, HR MIS and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end Plant HR / Factory HR operations for the plywood manufacturing unit

Manpower planning, factory recruitment and onboarding

Handling labour laws: Factories Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act

Payroll processing, attendance, overtime and wage calculations

Statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity

Contract labour management and vendor compliance

Coordination with Labour Officer, Factory Inspector and Government authorities

Maintain HR MIS, employee master data, reports and dashboards

Handle employee relations, discipline and grievance management

Maintenance of statutory registers and HR documentation

Requirements:

Male candidate preferred (factory role requirement)

5-7 years of experience in Plant / Factory HR

Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll and statutory compliances

Experience in manufacturing / plywood / building material industry preferred
