We are looking for a hardworking and reliable

Factory Helper

to assist in day-to-day operations of our manufacturing unit. The candidate will support machine operators, maintain cleanliness, move materials, and ensure smooth production activities on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist machine operators and production staff during manufacturing processes. Load and unload raw materials, tools, and finished goods. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. Help in packing, labeling, and shifting of materials or finished products. Follow safety rules and wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Support maintenance and minor repair work as directed by supervisors. Handle factory tools, trolleys, and other equipment carefully. Report any equipment faults, safety hazards, or delays to the supervisor immediately. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet production targets.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
