Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field is typically required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience (minimum of 8-10 years) in a senior managerial or leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably with specific experience in the window treatment or blinds industry.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and safety regulations. Proficiency with production management software and ERP systems is essential.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver against project deadlines. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
