Job Profile :
1. Spearhead Plant Operations including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and logistics, ensuring the achievement of production targets and cost optimization.
2. Monitor material usage, manpower usage, inventory costs, personnel costs and overhead budgets.
3. Heading all techno-commercial plant operations i.e. Sale, Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, Maintenance
4. Man power Management, Monitor of raw material, Reduction in wastages, Process improvement.
5. Preparing production plan on monthly, weekly basis and monitor & achieve production target
6. Responsible for assuring & controlling the Quality management systems & inspection procedures at stage wise production.
7. Experience in Production, machinery, maintenance and equipment of Plastic industry mandatory
8. Maintain documents to comply with ISO 9001-2015 and attend audit.
9. Manage statutory compliance of unit-related regulatory issues in terms of Excise, Provident Fund, Pollution Control Board and other relevant authorities.
10. Provide training to Factory Staff and operators to improve production quality process.
