Manage all aspects of furniture production, including work-related activities and planning.
Production Planning:
Develop and execute production plans on a daily, monthly, and proposed date basis to meet demand and goals.
Production Monitoring:
Monitor production to ensure alignment with planning schedules, casting parameters, and productivity targets.
Safety and Environmental Compliance:
Prioritize safety and environmental considerations in all production activities.
Maintain discipline in the factory to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and develop production teams, including workers.
Foster skills development among team members.
Required experience in furniture assembly and quality control.
