Job Description

Lamtain is a custom light design and manufacturing company, since 1989. We are currently looking for a reliable and hands-on leader with a knack for managing teams to join our team as factory foreman / floor manager.

What you'll do:

- Oversee day-to-day operations on the factory floor

- Coordinate production schedules and manage workflow

- Supervise our team of skilled workers at different stages of production

- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols

- Coordinate with design and project teams to bring custom lighting concepts to life

What we're looking for:

- Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role, ideally in metal manufacturing

- A background in mechanical engineering or related technical field (preferred)

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

- Ability to manage timelines and motivate a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Perinjanam, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
