Monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure production targets are met. Coordinating workflow, setting production schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery of products. Identifying defects or issues during production and resolving them quickly. Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance production output. Managing inventory of raw materials and ensuring resources are available when needed. Coordinating with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure stock levels are maintained. Reporting issues to upper management and suggesting improvements in the production process. Identifying and addressing production bottlenecks, machine breakdowns, or quality control issues.Clear communication with workers, management, and other departments (e.g., warehouse, procurement). Providing feedback, conducting team briefings, and reporting production issues to senior management.
