Supervise and execute all finishing works in factory buildings (civil & architectural).

Ensure quality execution of:

Flooring (VDF, epoxy, tiles)

Painting (internal & external)

False ceiling, partitions, doors & windows

Toilets, office areas, utilities, OHC, control rooms

Coordinate with civil, MEP, vendors, and subcontractors.

Ensure finishing works are completed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.

Plan daily activities and monitor manpower productivity.

Identify defects/snags and ensure timely rectification.

Ensure safety compliance during finishing works.

Prepare daily progress reports and completion checklists.

Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of industrial finishing standards.

Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Good coordination & site management skills.

Knowledge of quality standards and material specifications.

Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?272,676.12 - ?1,172,133.36 per year
