Job Overview

We are looking for a

Shift Electrician (C License holder)

with

2 to 5 years of factory electrical maintenance experience

to handle

shift-wise electrical operations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting

at our manufacturing plant.

This is a

hands-on role

requiring strong safety discipline and experience in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

shift electrical maintenance

for factory operations Attend to

electrical breakdowns

and restore power safely and quickly Maintain and troubleshoot: Motors, starters, VFDs MCC & PCC panels Control panels, wiring, and cable trays Lighting and power distribution systems Ensure safe operation of

HT/LT panels, earthing, and protection systems

Assist in

preventive maintenance

and shutdown activities Coordinate with

maintenance engineers and production teams

during shifts Maintain electrical logs, checklists, and breakdown records Follow

electrical safety procedures

, LOTO practices, and PPE compliance Support statutory inspections and compliance activities

Requirements

Experience:

2-5 years

as a

Factory / Plant Electrician

License:

Valid C License

(Mandatory)

Qualification:

ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical (preferred)

Technical Skills:

Industrial motor and panel wiring Basic knowledge of VFDs and control circuits Ability to read basic electrical drawings

Location Requirement:

Must be willing to work at

Ponnapuram factory location (Dharapuram Taluk)

Shift & Work Conditions

Shift duty (rotational shifts) Factory maintenance environment Overtime may be required during breakdowns or shutdowns

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

?18,000 - ?30,000 per month
