Job Summary

Mansha Packaging Private Limited, a 50-year-old plastic blister packaging manufacturer, is hiring a Factory In-Charge / Production Supervisor cum Quality Inspector with mandatory blister packaging experience.

This role carries complete ownership of factory operations from order receipt to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Production planning and daily execution

Labour handling and productivity control

Quality inspection (in-process and final)

Wastage and rejection reduction

Thermoforming / vacuum forming machine supervision

Vendor coordination (raw material, moulds, job work)

Packing, labeling, and dispatch coordination

Production, quality, and dispatch documentation

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in plastic blister packaging

Hands-on knowledge of thermoforming / vacuum forming

Ability to manage shop-floor independently

Important: Candidates without blister packaging experience should not apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
