Role Summary (In Simple Terms)

This is a

hands-on leadership role

responsible for running the entire factory and production operations. The person must be capable of managing people, processes, quality, timelines, and output -- not just from an office, but directly on the shop floor.

Key Expectations

Complete ownership of factory operations and production planning Strong control over fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, and quality Experience with CNC cutting, bending, press brake, TIG/MIG welding, polishing Ability to read drawings, BOQs, job cards, and manage BOM-based planning Ensure on-time delivery, minimal wastage, and high productivity Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, safety, and discipline on the shop floor Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and sales teams Manage fabricators, welders, helpers, and third-party vendors if required

Ideal Candidate Profile

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering Currently or previously working as Factory Head / Production Head / Works Manager Strong people management and troubleshooting capability Must be practical, process-driven, and result-oriented

Pay: ₹50,477.73 - ₹80,029.01 per month
