Position Overview:



The Factory Coordinator / Data Entry Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate production and shipping data, coordinating routine factory operations, and ensuring timely communication between production, merchandising, and the shipping department. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Data Entry & Documentation



Enter daily production reports, cutting reports, sewing output, finishing status, and packing details. Maintain data for order details, style details, order quantity, and delivery dates. Update and maintain shipment tracking sheets. Prepare and update buyer-wise and style-wise production status. Upload and maintain documents like PI, invoices, packing lists, test reports, and approval sheets. Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.

2. Shipping & Logistics Coordination



Prepare shipping documents: Packing List Invoice Style-wise carton details Shipping marks Coordinate with merchandisers for shipping instructions. Follow up with logistics for container planning, pickup schedules, and dispatch updates. Track shipments and update status till final handover. Ensure timely dispatch as per buyer TNA.

3. Factory Coordination



Coordinate with production teams for daily updates. Follow up on cutting, sewing, finishing, checking, and packing progress. Assist in preparing daily factory MIS reports for management. Support sampling or quality teams with any required documentation. Coordinate with stores for trims, fabric inward/outward entries.

4. Communication & Follow-ups



Communicate shipment status with merchandising team. Follow up on pending approvals, test reports, and shipment confirmations. Coordinate with the courier/logistics partners for document dispatch.

Key Skills Required:



Strong typing and MS Excel skills (Basic to Intermediate). Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, PL, SL, etc.) preferred. Ability to work with TNA and deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy. Prior experience in garment industry is an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience:



Minimum:

10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree

Experience:

0-3 years

(Freshers with good typing skills can also apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
