for Factory Admin


Responsibilities:


1.

Client & Guest Services


o Provide coffee, tea, and snacks for clients and guests.
2.

Staff Coordination


o Arrange pickup and drop-off for new staff from the junction.
o Maintain and send daily attendance to HR.
o Send final monthly attendance report to HO and provide clarifications if
needed.
o Update weekly wages to HO.
o Inform HO HR about new joining staff and share their details.
3.

Registers & Reports Maintenance


o Maintain registers for milk, snacks, and food counts.
o Check and maintain security shift registers (day/night).
o Maintain fleet card register and ensure proper follow-up.
4.

Factory & Facility Management


o Monitor housekeeping standards.
o Coordinate temple cleaning and arrangement of poojai on Thursdays, Fridays,
and special occasions.
o Arrange for diesel in coordination with the Maintenance Team.
o Manage

accommodation and food arrangements for staff and factory


employees

as per instructions from HO.
5.

Procurement & Logistics


o Handle local material purchases as required.
o Follow up on hired vehicles.
o Coordinate with scrap vendors to remove scrap from the factory.
6.

Coordination with HO


o Follow up with HO for stationery requirements.
o Coordinate for EB bill-related matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
