Overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of factory's Administrative, HR and Despatch functions
Facilities management, maintenance, procurement of office and factory supplies
Safety and Security of factory and all employees
Oversee the payroll process, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations
Manage travel and event planning for employees
Hiring, training, performance evaluation, and managing workloads.
Coordinate with production, sales and other teams to support factory operations.
Ensuring effective communication within the factory.
Oversee outgoing materials despatches resolve any issues that arise during transportation
Good Command in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook for document management and reporting.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a must
