Key Responsibilities:
? Handle factory administration, attendance, and documentation
? Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations
? Manage statutory compliance records (ESI, PF, etc.)
? Monitor housekeeping, security, and canteen services
? Support manpower planning and contractor management
Skills Required:
Good communication & documentation skills
Knowledge of MS Office and factory admin processes
Ability to coordinate between departments
