Job Summary

Carbonmax Advantech Pvt Ltd is looking for a

Factory Accounts Officer

to handle

financial accounting, cost accounting, and MIS reporting

at our manufacturing facility. The role involves close coordination with production, stores, and head-office finance to ensure accurate accounting, cost control, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day factory accounts and books Accounting of purchases, expenses, utilities, and overheads GRN, invoice, and vendor ledger reconciliation Bank and cash book maintenance; monthly bank reconciliation Track production costs and prepare

cost per MT reports

Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory Prepare daily / weekly / monthly

MIS and cost reports

Support GST compliance and audits with required data Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP / Tally

Qualifications & Experience

B.Com / M.Com

(mandatory)

CA-Inter / CMA-Inter

(preferred)

3-8 years

experience in manufacturing accounts and costing Experience in

chemical / process / manufacturing industries

preferred

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of financial and cost accounting Inventory accounting and reconciliation ERP / Tally knowledge (Odoo exposure is an advantage) Good Excel skills (MIS, cost tracking) Ability to work in a factory environment
