Our goal is to ensure organizations can scale seamlessly while staying financially sound and legally compliant.______________Job Summary:We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented BBA or B.Com graduates to join our FACTOps team in Sri City. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in business operations, finance, and compliance.______________Key Responsibilities:o Support company formation and registration, including documentation and statutory filingso Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and daily bookkeepingo Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)o Prepare and file various tax returns and financial reportso Coordinate with clients to resolve queries related to accounts or documentationo Assist in process improvements, documentation, and data managemento Stay updated with accounting standards and regulatory changes______________Qualifications & Skills:o Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) - mandatoryo Strong grasp of basic accounting and compliance principleso Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is a pluso Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time managemento Good verbal and written communication skills in Englisho Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environmento Willingness to be based at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh______________
