Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Accountant

with at least

3 years of experience in US accounting practices

. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

QuickBooks

and have a strong understanding of accounting principles. Experience with

NetSuite

is highly preferred and will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP. Utilize

QuickBooks

for bookkeeping, reporting, and transaction management. Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements. Preparation of MIS and assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of financial data. Leverage

NetSuite ERP

(if applicable) for advanced financial reporting and process automation.

Qualifications

Semi qualified Chartered accountant / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of

3 years of accounting experience in the US

. Proficiency in

QuickBooks

is required. Experience with

NetSuite

is preferred. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

ERP system experience (Quick books and NetSuite strongly preferred). Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
