Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in US accounting practices. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and have a strong understanding of accounting principles. Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, reporting, and transaction management.
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Preparation of MIS and assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Leverage NetSuite ERP (if applicable) for advanced financial reporting and process automation.

Qualifications

• Semi qualified Chartered accountant / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the US.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• ERP system experience (Quick books and NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Skills Required
