to manage and oversee the implementation and ongoing administration of SurePrep (SP) for our tax department. This role will focus on ensuring seamless document management, binder creation, and integration with CCH Axcess and TaxCaddy systems to support the tax preparation process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
implementation and setup of SurePrep
within the firm.
Create and manage SurePrep binders
for client engagements.
Oversee the
OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
and document import process into
CCH Axcess
.
Monitor and follow up
with team members regarding new or missing client documents as they are received.
Coordinate with TaxCaddy
to ensure accurate and timely creation of SurePrep binders.
Maintain system accuracy by verifying document uploads, binder statuses, and workflow completion.
Act as the
primary point of contact
for SurePrep-related issues or troubleshooting.
Collaborate with the tax team to optimize SurePrep and CCH Axcess workflows for efficiency.
Provide training or support for team members using SurePrep and TaxCaddy.
Qualifications
Previous experience with
SurePrep
,
CCH Axcess
, or
TaxCaddy
preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with strong technical and administrative skills.
