Key Responsibilities

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment cycle

for Finance and Accounts roles across various levels. Build and maintain a

pipeline of high-quality candidates

through proactive sourcing strategies. Collaborate closely with

hiring managers

to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business needs. Conduct

screening interviews

, evaluate candidate fit, and present shortlisted profiles to stakeholders. Ensure a

positive and professional candidate experience

throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and regularly update

recruitment metrics

and dashboards for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of recruitment experience

, with a strong focus on

Finance & Accounts roles

. Solid understanding of

accounting and finance functions

across industries. Proven expertise in

sourcing candidates

via platforms like

LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals

. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in commerce
