? Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for finance and accounts roles
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs
Conduct screening interviews and present shortlisted candidates
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain and update recruitment metrics.
? Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Finance & Accounts roles
Solid understanding of accounting and finance functions across industries
Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
Excellent communication, negotiation skills.
? Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, HR, or related field
