We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting - Senior Executive to take ownership of our financial reporting and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring strict compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements. This position demands strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a solid understanding of end-to-end accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewed invoices of PO & Non-PO and matched them to purchase orders, ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals for processing in Oracle &

SAP ERP

• Coordinating with Project Sites to aid in issue on Bill Processing, as per PO terms

• Nearly Two Years' Experience on Expense Reports Proceedings of TPL employees at sites & offices

• Processing travel vouchers, approving travel requests and hotel Expenses, and reviewing travel expense reports and Site expenses, Credit card

documentation

• Compliance with T&EPolicy: checking expense receipts provided by TPL employees on Concur, and follow up with employees in case of non-compliance on

the expense claim process, i.e., review of relevant docs, any non-related, missing docs, mentioning a clear reason for Expenses,

• Collaborated with the Concur Implementation team in the Creation & Execution of tools on the Site to Simplify SAP Configurations as per the Organization's

requirement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation with a minimum of 4 to 7 years post-qualification experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, analysis, and reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
