Job Title: Finance and Accounting Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent within the Finance and Accounting domain.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• 4-6 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting industry, with a focus on recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
