Job Description
Roles and responsibilities
- Solving repair and maintenance issues of the property
- Addressing queries/concerns of new customers and existing tenants
- Supervising housekeeping, and security operations for the property
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out
- Handling walk-ins and scheduled visits of new customers and converting them to tenants
- Controlling the water and electricity consumption in the property
- Hands-on Technical Knowledge of MEP engineering and repairs
- Good command spoken and written English language
- Working knowledge of MS excel and google sheets
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and composure
- Salary range: ₹2.4 to 3.6LPA based on experience
