Job Description

:

Supervise day-to-day facility operations including civil, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance works. Ensure buildings, equipment, and utilities are well maintained and safe. Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for repairs and services. Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility cleanliness. Handle minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and breakdown issues. Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
