Position Overview The Facility Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and operation of hospital infrastructure and facilities, ensuring compliance with NABH standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements. The role involves supervising housekeeping, security, engineering, biomedical support, waste management, and other facility-related services to maintain a safe, hygienic, and patient-friendly environment. Key Responsibilities

1. Facilities Operations & MaintenanceSupervise the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, lifts, and other critical infrastructure.Ensure uninterrupted functioning of utilities (water, power, medical gases, waste disposal).Coordinate with biomedical engineering team for upkeep of hospital equipment .2. NABH Compliance & Quality Standards Ensure facility-related processes comply with NABH accreditation requirements. Conduct periodic facility audits and implement corrective actions. Maintain documentation related to facility operations, safety drills, and statutory compliances .3. Housekeeping & Hygiene Monitor cleanliness and sanitation of all hospital areas, including wards, ICUs, OTs, OPDs, and public spaces. Supervise pest control, laundry, and waste management services as per biomedical waste norms. 4. Safety & Security Oversee fire safety systems, conduct regular fire drills, and ensure staff awareness. Supervise security staff and monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. 5. Vendor & Staff Management Supervise and coordinate facility staff, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams. Liaise with vendors for outsourced services and ensure quality as per SLA agreements. Train staff on SOPs, emergency response, and NABH-related facility requirements. 6. Administration & Reporting Maintain daily reports on facility operations, incidents, and breakdowns. Prepare budgets for maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades. Report critical issues promptly to the Facility Manager / Hospital Administrator. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) / Facilities Management / Hospital Administration preferred.5-8 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably in NABH-accredited hospitals. Strong knowledge of hospital safety norms, biomedical waste management, and statutory requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Key Competencies Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive in identifying and resolving facility-related issues. Familiarity with NABH standards and hospital facility audit requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
