We are hiring for facility Supervisor.

Location : Kalyani nagar, Pune

Experience : 6+ year.

Job Role:

Experience required in real estate sector.

Oversee daily operations:

Ensure the property is safe, clean, and well-maintained, and that all systems are functioning correctly.

Ensure safety and compliance:

Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, and ensure the building meets all local and industry-specific standards.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs:

Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, respond to emergency repair needs, and maintain equipment and building systems.

Conduct inspections:

Perform regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure standards are met.

Manage projects:

Oversee smaller facility improvement projects, renovations, or refurbishments.

Maintain records:

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and other relevant facility data.
