Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance of showroom & workshop.

Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Monitor security, parking, and visitor movement.

Manage utility services like electricity, water, AC, and lighting.

Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.

Oversee facility staff (cleaners, guards, maintenance workers).

Ensure compliance with safety norms and fire safety standards.

Handle minor repairs and report major issues to management.

Maintain records of maintenance and facility expenses.

Required Skills:

Good communication and leadership skills.

Basic technical knowledge of electrical and maintenance work.

Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making.

Ability to manage staff and workload.

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years experience in facility management (automobile or similar industry preferred).

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
