Roles & Responsibilities1. Daily Site Operations
Manage daily facility work at the site.
Ensure housekeeping, security, pantry, and technical services run smoothly.
Make sure work is done as per company standards and client requirements.
Do daily site rounds and check cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
2. Staff Management
Supervise housekeeping staff, security guards, technicians, and helpers.
Check daily attendance and ensure full staff deployment.
Prepare duty rosters and manage weekly off and leave.
Ensure staff are in proper uniform and well groomed.
Train staff on work methods, safety rules, and site procedures.
Handle staff issues, discipline, and behaviour on site.
3. Client Coordination
Act as the main point of contact at the site for the client.
Receive client complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Update the Facility Manager about site issues and client feedback.
Support client inspections, audits, and walkthroughs.
4. Safety & Compliance
Ensure staff follow safety rules and use PPE properly.
Implement work permits, LOTO, and safety procedures when required.
Report unsafe conditions and incidents.
Ensure compliance with company rules and site safety norms.
5. Vendor & Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, and maintenance work.
Monitor vendor work and ensure quality and safety.
Support technicians during maintenance and service activities.
6. Material & Inventory Control
Monitor usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, and consumables.
Raise material requests and ensure proper storage.
Ensure safe handling and usage of chemicals and equipment.
7. Records & Reporting
Maintain attendance records, checklists, and logbooks.
Prepare basic daily and monthly reports.
Maintain incident reports, material records, and service checklists.
Share updates through email, Excel, or WhatsApp as required.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum
12th pass / Diploma / Graduate
(any stream).
2-5 years
experience in facility management or site supervision.
Experience handling housekeeping, security, or technical staff.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp).
Skills Required
Good communication skills.
Ability to manage people and site work.
Problem-solving attitude.
Willing to work in shifts and weekends if required.
Responsible and disciplined.
