Position: Facility Supervisor

Job Summary:

EON Hospital is seeking a qualified and proactive Facility Supervisor to manage and oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our 40-bedded healthcare facility. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all physical infrastructure, equipment, and support services are maintained to the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and waste management. Ensure compliance with hospital safety regulations, statutory requirements, and healthcare facility standards. Coordinate with administrative and clinical departments to support smooth hospital operations. Monitor and manage preventive maintenance schedules for medical and non-medical equipment. Oversee vendor management, facility inspections, and service contracts. Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining quality and operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facility Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospital facility management or a similar healthcare setting. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with healthcare safety norms and statutory compliance procedures.

Pay: ₹13,832.10 - ₹28,438.62 per month
