Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Location: Gurugram, Sector-45

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained, providing a productive and comfortable environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Maintenance: Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.

2. HK Management: Lead and supervise a team of Housekeeping staff, including maintenance technicians, janitors, and contractors.

3. Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.

4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage facility-related budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.

5. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget.

6. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

7. Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

8. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring business continuity.

9. Sustainability: Implement sustainable practices and initiatives, reducing environmental impact.

10. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall facility condition.

Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or related field.

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of facilities management software and systems.

- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
